Curriculum Advisory I ASoSE Performing and Visual Arts (2022)

In 2022, LAND served as curriculum advisor to NalandaWay Foundation for Schools of Specialised Excellence (ASOSE) for performance and visual arts, supporting the development of arts education within Delhi's government school system in partnership with the Department of Education, Government of NCT of Delhi.

The initiative reimagined secondary education by creating equitable pathways for students from low-income communities with demonstrated creative interests, offering specialised learning in Music, Visual Arts, Filmmaking, Acting, and Media Studies alongside academic education.

LAND contributed to the pedagogical framework and curriculum design, positioning the arts as fundamental modes of inquiry, expression, and knowledge-making rather than supplementary disciplines.

Through transdisciplinary, learner-centred methodologies, the curriculum fostered observation, experimentation, critical reflection, and creative practice. The collaboration sought to imagine public education as a space where artistic learning could nurture intellectual curiosity, personal agency, and meaningful pathways towards higher education and the broader cultural and creative ecosystem.
