Kriti Sood is the Founder and Chief Curator of LAND (Learning through Arts, Narrative and Discourse), a pedagogical research lab dedicated to reimagining art(s) as critical language(s) for learning. Her practice brings together contemporary art, curatorial research, education, and community engagement to design transdisciplinary learning experiences that position inquiry, dialogue, and creative practice at the centre of knowledge-making.

Over the past fifteen years, she has worked at the intersection of art, pedagogy, curriculum, and public culture, developing research-led educational frameworks that respond to diverse contexts, institutions, and communities.

Her work explores how learning can emerge through relationships with artworks, landscapes, museums, archives, vernacular knowledge systems, and lived experiences, while building pedagogies that are collaborative, process-oriented, and deeply rooted in context. Across schools, universities, museums, cultural organisations, and public institutions, she has led interventions that rethink curriculum design, learning ecologies, exhibition-making, and community participation, recognising education as a collective cultural practice rather than a linear transfer of knowledge.

She has served as Art Advisor at WIPRO, Knowledge Partner for the Cambridge School of Curiosity and Imagination, Senior Curator at the Devi Art Foundation, Curator at the India Art Fair, and Entrepreneur-in-Residence at The Circle, India, alongside her work at Rashtrapati Bhavan. Her pedagogical engagements span institutions including Ashoka University, St Stephen's College, the Shri Aurobindo Centre of Arts and Communication, and O.P. Jindal Global University.

Kriti has curated educational initiatives for the Kochi-Muziris Biennale, Google Cultural Institute, and the Singapore International Foundation's Arts for Good programme. As Nominator for India at the Sovereign Asian Art Prize in Hong Kong, she has contributed to international conversations about contemporary art and emerging artistic practices. Through her work, she continues to build bridges between art, research, and education, advocating for learning systems that are participatory, transdisciplinary, and grounded in care, cultural plurality, and the knowledge held within communities.
