Together Apart: Building the Prodapt Art Collection

For Prodapt

Prodapt is a global technology and consulting company working at the forefront of the connectedness industry, partnering with leading telecom and technology organisations to build the digital networks and experiences of the future. Rooted in the idea that connection is not only technological but also deeply human, LAND was invited to conceptualise and build an art collection that could become part of the organisation's everyday culture.

Drawing from the curatorial premise Together Apart, the collection explored how relationships between people, ideas, technologies, landscapes, and histories shape the way we understand ourselves and one another. Rather than creating a conventional corporate collection, LAND envisioned the artworks as living sites of inquiry-inviting employees, collaborators, and visitors to engage with multiple perspectives and encounter art as a catalyst for reflection, dialogue, and imagination.

Bringing together painting, photography, sculpture, video, kinetic, and new-media practices, each artwork was carefully selected to open diverse points of interpretation and encourage conversations across disciplines, experiences, and ways of knowing.

The project extended beyond the collection through a participatory photography programme, where Prodapt team members explored photography as a language of observation and expression. To ensure the collection continued to generate dialogue beyond the exhibition spaces, LAND also researched and wrote a companion volume bringing together curatorial reflections and contextual essays on every artwork. Together, the collection, learning programme, and publication established an evolving cultural resource that continues to nurture curiosity, collective reflection, and new ways of seeing within the organisation.
